National Nutrition Month is a campaign dedicated to providing nutrition education and information with an emphasis on the importance of making informed food choices; developing sound eating, and physical activity habits. During this month, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, desires to achieve its vision of a world where all people thrive through the transformative power of food and nutrition.
