TAPM - New Year, New You

THIS IS ONLY FOR TAPM employees - please DO NOT sign up if you are not a Triad Adult and Pediatric Medicine Employee.

By registering for this event you are "joining" the group.  Please click HERE to see the full program description BUT do not submit payment. Come back here and complete this registration. TAPM is supporting select serious staff members (female) in this New Year, New You program.

You will receive a participation agreement from TAPM management via email to sign prior to starting. 

You will have until Thursday, January 21st to "register" here so you can recieve and return the agreement form prior to orientation on Sunday, January 24th at 7:00pm ( it will be recorded for replay watch). The program will begin on Monday, January 25th and will last for 12 weeks.
